Qualifications
- Proven min. 2 years of working experience in Key Account Executive or Activation Brand
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or related major.
- Experience handling RETAIL FASHION, BEAUTY or PERSONAL CARE brand promotion
- having a broad knowledge of retail fashion or personal care products is preferred.
- Experience handling B2B marketing/offline events/marketing event activities.
- Strategic, strong analytical thinking, data-driven thinking, outstanding communication skills, and being up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Able to join ASAP and willing to follow WFO policy

Jobdesc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern trade channels in the Jabodetabek area
- Identify trends and demand within the channel, plan, and propose activities to the internal team
- Handle end-to-end process of brand activation.
- Maintain sales and achieve sales targets by managing promotion and stock management.
- Plan and execute visual merchandising and promotion to optimize sales performance.
- Work closely with the field team and beauty/sales advisor, (SPG, SPB, BA) to achieve the sales target
- Provide regular reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
