In this role you will have close collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as creator managers, campaign specialists, merchandisers, and strategists, you'll take the lead on projects designed to drive tangible results and elevate our overall business impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft, plan, and execute strategic projects that will amplify the effectiveness of our E-commerce live streaming initiatives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams including creator managers, campaign specialists, merchandisers, and strategists to ensure project objectives align and resonate across the board.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of programs, from ideation and implementation to ongoing tracking and assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leverage your seasoned insights into E-commerce projects and live streaming to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize project outcomes.
- Foster and nurture robust relationships with essential stakeholders, both internal and external partners, including but not only limited to influential figures within the entertainment industry, agencies, and media.
- Tackle challenges head-on during project execution, employing quick thinking and innovative solutions to ensure seamless progress.
- Infuse your expertise into marketing and growth-focused projects, playing a pivotal role in expanding our live streaming initiatives and driving brand growth.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven track record in E-commerce projects and live streaming.
2. Previous roles in E-commerce or strategic capacities, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and evolving trends.
3. Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex programs and projects, consistently delivering results within specified timelines.
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including adept negotiation, persuasive presentation, and agile problem-solving abilities. Skilled in user engagement and providing exceptional support.
5. Proficient in conceptualizing and executing both online and offline campaigns, showcasing creativity and facilitating collaborative brainstorming.
6. Enthusiastic, accountable, results-oriented, and efficient - excelling even in high-pressure situations.
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in E-commerce, marketing, business, or related disciplines, coupled with practical experience.
8. A minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience.
9. Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
