Have an understanding of ODOO software,
- Collaborate and ensure smooth collaboration between Board of Directors / end-users and software development team (internal and/or outsource/third-party).
- Develop a detailed project plan, including resource allocation, risk management, and task and timeline adjustment if needed.
- Ensuring the development is aligned with the scope, requirements, timeline, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on project outcomes.
**Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration.
2. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field is preferable.
3. Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA) are a plus.
**Job Requirements**
1. With 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, functionalities, and integration points will be preferred.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in project management tools and software.
7. Have strong strategical, analytical, and logical thinking.
9. Proficient in both written and spoken English is a must.
**Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with Odoo modules, functionalities, etc.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
**Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:
1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver insights.
2. Experience in process improvement and ability to develop solutions for business challenges.
3. Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
2. Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
