Operations Manager Assistant

Operations assistants work with managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently. Operations assistants can make phone calls, provide customer support, and complete paperwork. Beside that the Operations Manager Assistant will be responsible for maintaining multiple venues daily organizational run and also doing a routine visit to the venues to ensure all the operational things running smoothly or as per management requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
- Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
- Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
- Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Updating logs and order forms.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Requirements and skills
- At least have 3 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
- Familiarity with managing multiple venues simultaneously is a plus.
- Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A relevant certificate may be required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn.
- Have an ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have expertise or be familiar with Data entry such as sales records or employee performance reviews.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies, including point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and other operational tools.
- Basic financial understanding to manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to overall profitability.
- Applicants for this position should be able to relocate/live in Bali.
