As our Sales Lead, you will strategize and develop comprehensive promotional plans for our sales channels. You will also oversee daily operations, analyze data, and execute plans while tracking progress and reporting results to the Commercial Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without raising one's voice and to train others effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic planning.
- Familiarity with effective sales strategies.
- Analytical thinking and ability to gain valuable insight from sales data.
- Firm and decisive, yet open to discussion and collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to changes and propose innovative solutions.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Background in sales, preferably in retail, fashion, or marketplace, with a strong emphasis on data.
- Used to working with monthly targets.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant industry.
