**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years of backend/full stack development experience, with a strong focus on PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.
- **Familiarity with DevOps/Sysadmin**:To work closely with a dedicated DevOps team on optimised docker deployments and operations.
- **PBX/Telephony**: Any experience using PBX (Freeswitch+FusionPBX) and telephony systems is a strong advantage.
- **Technical Skills**: High proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. A strong understanding and experience of automated testing and CI/CD.
- **API Integration**: Proven experience in integrating third-party APIs; experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (or other CRM) is a strong advantage.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to lead a team and improve development processes.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- **Agile Methodologies**: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- **Startup Experience**: Previous experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
- **Familiarity with ML/AI**:Python, node or other related tools is a plus.
- **Education**: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience with ElasticSearch (or other time-series databases).
