Our client in Hospitality industry is looking for a Front Office.

The Front Office is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and handling guest inquiries and requests. This role reports to the Front Office Manager, who oversees the daily operations of the front desk and ensures guest satisfaction.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival at the hotel
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Handling guest inquiries and providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Managing reservations and ensuring all guest requests are met to the best of the hotel's ability
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assisting with concierge services such as booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and arranging tours or activities for guests
- Handling cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate records, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and memorable experience for guests.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant computer programs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
