**About the Company**:
Our client is a leading lifestyle group in Indonesia with an extensive portfolio of brands.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Plan, and manage the execution of a comprehensive brand loyalty strategy to promote consumer engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Create successful loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and marketing collateral to go with them.
- Conduct comprehensive research on target audiences and use data-driven customer segmentation to make sure our loyalty programs are tailored to the specific needs of each audience category.
- Examine campaign data, forecasting indicators, and industry trends to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of all loyalty marketing programs by monitoring the project schedule and maintaining the overall promotional strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that sales are executed successfully.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM marketing campaign, process, technique, and promotion planning and execution
- Advanced understanding of CRM technologies for reporting, campaign management, and marketing automation
- Experience with translating customer insights into successful loyalty strategies
- Prior experience in FnB retail and possess a thorough understanding of the FnB landscape will be advantageous. Have strong verbal and writing communication skills (in both Bahasa and English)
