Your next challenge
Managing loyalty program for Pluxee Indonesia's clients

What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Identifying and segmenting key customer groups based on purchase behavior and loyalty level.
- Building strong relationships with high-value customers through personalized communication and proactive outreach.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to loyalty program benefits.- Loyalty Program Administration:

- Promoting and educating customers about the loyalty program features and benefits.
- Managing the loyalty program database, ensuring accurate member information and points tracking.
- Processing loyalty redemption requests and ensuring timely delivery of rewards.- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for loyalty program improvement.
- Generating reports on key loyalty metrics like customer retention rate, redemption rate, and lifetime value.- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Working closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align loyalty initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Coordinating with IT to ensure seamless integration of loyalty program functionalities within existing systems.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in sales operation, business analysis or loyalty programs

Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify trends
- Proficiency in CRM systems and loyalty program platforms
- Marketing knowledge to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
- Customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
