- Head Office Placement
- Maximum age of 45 years
- Physicality and mentally healthy
- Have experience min. 2 years in the same position in the mining industry (Preferred in Nickel Mining)
- Have Good leadership, Good Analysis & Problem Solving Skill
- Can coordinate and motivate the team
- Having integrity and loyalty
- Minimum had the fist booster vaccination
- Have good communication and attitude, discipline, honesty, and the ability to work under pressure
- Able to operate computers well (Microsoft Office)
- Have a high level of responsibility ana desire to carry out wortk according to work on safety procedures
- Must have POP/POM/TOT certificate
- Having a BNSP Certificate is preferred
- Proficient in English
- Willing to be placed throughout the PT. Sinar Terang Mandiri Projects & Head Office Manado/Jakarta
