Customer Technology Specialist

**Description**:
- Responsible to develop and execute the program to improve the technical competence and establish confidence in the product value positioning of the DG and Sales Frontliners for new products launch and differentiated products.
- Enabling the Frontliners to effectively execute DG activities and Channel Activation.
- Leads internal onboarding activities (content creation, training sessions) with new commercial resources to ensure they have adequate product knowledge and understand clear product positioning.
- Supports the Indonesian commercial team in the development/enhancement of DG protocol for new products launch and differentiated products and in ensuring preparedness & readiness for product launches.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years experience, technical expertise (crop phenology including farmer's practices, product knowledge, value delivery KPIs & KPMs, etc) is an essential requirement for this role.
- Broad communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create networks across multiple stakeholders (farmers, consultants, govt officials, technical experts),
- Able to lead product training (internal and external)
- Ability to build strong, resilient relationships with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to balance technical transfer and deliver commercial outcomes.
- Ability to recognize grower needs and develop solutions (i.e., existing or new projects)
- An understanding of, or ability to quickly develop an understanding of Corteva Agriscience existing and development products.
- Willingness to travel.
