Operations Shipper Onboarding Manager

Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. Launched in 2014, we started operations in Singapore and have become the region's largest and fastest growing last-mile logistics company, partnering with over 35,000 merchants and delivering more than 1,000 parcels every minute across six countries.

**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate and provide operations flow through data analysis, routing and simulation
- Design and evaluate multiple operations flow solutions, specific to customer requirements
- Setup for operations network analysis and solutions optimization
- Manage the day-to-day execution of onboarding plans
- Track onboarding progress and report on results
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in related field such as business administration, management, or marketing
- Have 3-4 years working experience in Shipper Onboarding, Business Solutions or Operations / Transport Solution Design
- Multi-faceted knowledge in Operations, Commercial and Product
- Have experience to manage multiple project from scratch, especially in operations flow process
- Excellence in stakeholders management and communications skills
- Strong in data analysis, analytical thinking, and details oriented person
