**About the role**

An Onboarding/Support consultant plays a crucial role in facilitating the implementation / onboarding of our system to new/existing clients and providing guidance, training & ongoing support after the system went live.

This role requires you to be a product champion with in-depth knowledge of our system and having a mindset of a problem solver. You will need to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and address client’s concerns to be solved promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop clients' onboarding activities from project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration and “System Live"
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
- Manage implementation process, coordinating timelines, resources and deliverables

- Design and deliver product trainings to clients and enable them to utilize our system features fully & rapidly based on the client’s needs
- Prepare User Guides & Manuals whenever needed
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts with a focus on customer retention & improving customer satisfaction
- Be an expert on product features and keep abreast of new feature launches and update team members
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients, Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct training sessions for new clients and providing refresher sessions for existing clients
- Provide onsite & remote support to clients to solve issues in timely manner
- Provide system guidance, support during the onboarding process including system configurations, integrations and troubleshooting
- Partner with Team Lead and Sales Representatives to support customers toward product adoption
- Expand TableCheck presence in Indonesia by identifying prospects and converting them into long-term customers.
- Liaise with Global teams to ensure brand consistency

**Must have Qualifications / Requirements**
- Citizen of Indonesia
- Availability to travel within Bali and SEA region when required
- 3+ years work experiences in Hotel restaurant supervisor (well known about hotel restaurants operations, restaurant industry)
- Solid customer service attitude
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Willingness and ability to constantly learn & train others

**Prefer** Qualifications / Requirements**
- Product / Operations / Support Consultant at a IT SaaS company
- Prior working knowledge of global or local POS systems, and / or knowledge of SAAS products in Hospitality sector
- Another European language speaker

**Working Conditions**
- Work hours : Mon - Fri 10:00 - 19:00 (Hybrid work style)
- Holidays : Saturday, Sunday and National holidays
- Salary : Negotiable (Depends on your current salary and experiences)
