**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**:
**To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by providing an exceptional onboarding experience service to new Club Wyndham Asia members through delivery of pre-transmittal serving resulting in increased growth and profit through owner retention.**:
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES **_(Include but not limited to:)_****:
- **Create a personalized onboarding experience to all new CWA members during new members pre-transmittal.**:
- **Providing professional and compliant advice to member enquiries; aiming to provide an end-to-end service within each call during pre-transmittal phase.**:
- **Concierge to Club Members during pre-transmittal process to ensure service excellence.**:
- **Obtain information about members' preferences during communication and make notes in the system accordingly.**:
- **Personally greet members on their day of joining, and takeover the related follow-up work from sales.**:
- **Introduce the new member to Member Services immediately after transmittal, including sharing the member's preference and related info, to ensure a smooth handover.**:
- **Able to promote and service all elements of Club Wyndham, identifying and taking action to further enhance owner engagement.**:
- **Assist in the resolution of member queries by ensuring professional advice is provided to new members in relation to their enquiries and handling escalated customer complaints.**:
- **Assisting Club Wyndham Asia and affiliated resorts with arrival information and facilitating guest enquiries.**:
- **Taking responsibility for the accuracy of reporting of new sales**:
- **Actively participating in group meetings and cross-training programs.**:
**KEY POSITION CRITERIA**:
- **Advanced knowledge and experience in the servicing of the Club Wyndham**:
- **Proven delivery of outstanding customer service; displays willingness to go ‘above and beyond’ for colleagues and owners.**:
- **Evidence of high-level communication skills in all aspects, including fluent in English.**:
- **Displays enthusiasm to maximize reservations and ability to identify the opportunity to offer additional products.**:
- **Ability to personalize the service offered to each individual, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.**:
- **Exhibits thorough product knowledge of all Club Wyndham and affiliated resorts / hotels.**:
- **Uses initiative in finding answers and solutions.**:
- **Ability to priorities workload and manage your time to achieve expected high level of productivity.**:
- **Ability to maintain a friendly and approachable disposition when working under pressure.**:
- **Displays a positive, professional manner with the ability to represent the department at internal meetings and dealing with key relationships from all levels within the organization.**:
- **Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Access, Excel, Word & Outlook.**:
- **Able to offer flexible working hours to adapt to various work demands and changes.**:
- **Possesses customer service experience and knowledge of the tourism industry and market trends.**:
