- Pay attention to the training and development of manager, provide programs and workshops to keep managers enabled with soft skills and management skills, and help managers by giving constructive feedback.
- Cooperate and support HRBPs to ensure the orientation and requirements are implemented to all managers.
- Prepare monthly report to track work progress, analyze risk, and inform decision-making

**Requirement**
- Has experienced in HR field for at least 2 years, have intermediate understanding about HR
- Language: fluent English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language
- Understand core HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, organization.
- Familiar with Talent Management, able to identify and address skill gaps through relevant programs
- HR Analytics and Data Management: Ability to collect and interpret HR metrics, creating detailed HR reports/dashboards
- Microsoft office: able to utilize Microsoft office functions for data analysis
- Problem-solving and critical thinking: able to evaluate options and make strategic decisions
- Attention to details, adaptable, can work independently
