HR Operations Staff

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and efficient HR Operations professional to join our human resources operations team and help us improve HR workflows further. As HR Ops Officer, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide support for the daily Jagoan Operations
- Maintaining HRIS System accurately including, attendance, leaves, and performance management
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Socialization regarding system, policy, new procedures to employee
- Conducting culture management and change management activities and facilitating the needs of HR-related projects within the HR function
- Provide support to business leaders to cascade and communicate their key performance indicators to their team members and develop performance goals that are aligned to business requirements.
- Creating employee weekly and monthly report
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors
- Proven experience as HR Officer, administrator, or other HR position
- Experienced handled blue-collar employees
- Background in the Startup industry (supply chain/logistics industry) is preferred
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Available working with shift schedule, Monday - Saturday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Rp4,800,000 - Rp5,100,000 per month
