Job description:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Responsible for managing HRIS data and daily operations
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide insights for decision-making regarding the effectiveness of HR strategies and best practices, retention, and employee branding programs.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure a smooth people experience for all employees.

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Strong experience in Human Resources spectrum, including but not limited to HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding also People Development
- Proven ability to multitask, organize and priorities tasks.
- Proven ability to be flexible and resourceful, proactive, and professional in a manner with a high degree of self-motivation.
