**The Role**
People are at the heart of everything we do. With our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right As our People Assistant, you will play an integral role in the building of our Love, Bonito team and family. Reporting into our People & Culture Manager, you will work alongside her in creating a passionate and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:
- People Operations_
- Process official letters and documents for all employees.
- Own the process of all employees’ claims and insurance matters.
- Assist with updating of Internal Database, HRIS, as well as third-party employee listings.
- Assist with performance appraisal documentation preparation.
- People Engagement_
- Assist on creating or improving practices, workstream, and policies for the organisation while keeping user experience in mind by incorporating feedback that is representative of #TeamLB’s voice.
- Engage and build great relationships with employees to cultivate a positive work environment and develop greater value from the contributions of our employees.
- People Wellness_
- Spearhead all initiatives that will improve employee engagement and bolster morale such as #GetShitDone, wellness programmes, as well as other physical or virtual engagements to constantly improve and upgrade the quality of life for all of #TeamLB.
- General Affairs _
- Spearheading all general affairs responsibilities including office management and maintenance.
- Assist with office management activities such as liaising with building management to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage relationships with facilities service contractors and external facility vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
- Assist in all internal wellness & engagement activities. (e.g. New Year’s Day, National Day etc)
**Requirements**:
**Requirements & Experiences**:
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience with a good hands on experience of HR Operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- BA/BS degree in business, psychology, sociology, human resource or other relevant fields.
- Charming and positive disposition, self-starter attitude, with an ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
- Willing to learn new technologies and systems quickly, and adapt to a very fast paced, fast-changing environment.
- Strong understanding, have a good network and grasp of social media, alumni associations, local universities, etc.
- Good understanding of the Employment Act and other relevant employee government legislations as applicable to the workplace is a plus.
