**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain profitability of Brand to achieve business sustainability.
- Manage customer relationships both top line and down line.
- Manage Monthly business review processes with Principals as well as marketplaces and establish strategic collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Making forecasting SKU by brand based on product trend analysis
- Initiate new sources of growth to build sustainable strategies for official stores in the long run.
- Liaise with principal clients and channels to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of certain product categories.
- Resolve key issues and complaints for related brands.
- Manage the appointed Key Account Team for each client.
- Ensure that client’s needs and deliverables are met according to proposed timelines.
- Become the main point of contact for collaboration with external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 year experience in relevant fields, preferably in Key Account Management, Retail Industry, or Sales & Marketing.
- Possess Business mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete tasks, and demonstrate a high initiative to take action asand a team player.
