**Responsibilities**:
**Account Strategy & Development**
- Develop and maintain an account strategy aligned with Amcor’s offerings.
- Understand customer needs and drive sales opportunities within Amcor’s portfolio.
- Manage accounts and assess new and existing customer opportunities, focusing on cross-functional collaboration.
- Build strong, multi-level customer relationships, addressing issues promptly.
- Identify at-risk business and take action to retain it.**Customer Engagement & Relationship Building**
- Schedule and manage customer meetings, including regular business and quality reviews.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with customers on sustainability and innovation goals.
- Maintain Amcor resources and expertise to address customer needs.**Account Demand & Handling**
- Work with Supply Chain to ensure demand accuracy; analyze data to improve forecasting.
- Create competitive pricing strategies and manage account profitability.
- Build strong customer rapport and ensure clear communication of account needs.**Performance & Results**
- Achieve sales and profit targets, using Salesforce to track progress.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and lead business negotiations with key accounts.**Budget & Planning**
- Develop sales forecasts and account budgets in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure timely payment collection with Finance and Supply Chain support.**Relationship & Cross-functional Coordination**
- Build strategic relationships across customer teams, beyond just purchasing contacts.
- Collaborate with Amcor’s teams, including R&D and Marketing, to support account needs.**System & Process Adherence**
- Promote use of internal sales systems and maintain ISO and OHSAS standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery and act as the voice of the customer.

**Qualifications**Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. GPA requirements: minimum 2.5 from a reputable university or 3.0 from other institutions. Must provide verified transcripts or certification.
-At least 3 years of relevant work experience in account management, sales, or a similar customer-focused role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel for business, including to remote locations, with flexibility for extended trips as needed.Based in Greater Tangerang (West Jakarta, Tangerang, South Jakarta, Depok, Bogor, Cibubur).
-Proven success in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and growing revenue in key accounts.
-Self-motivated, results-driven, and energetic; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
-Proficient in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language; able to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
-Own a personal car and be able to drive independently for client meetings and travel needs.
