Personal Assistant to Director

Role Description
Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day engagements while acting as a liaison and providing support to the Managing Director.
- Handling all logistics for Board meetings and events and scheduling meetings and drafting agendas.
- Exercising judgement to reflect the Managing Director’ style
- Managing and organizing the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prioritizing and scheduling action items and to-do’s
- Taking meeting minutes and transcribing from dictation if applicable
- Making transport, business accommodation, and travel arrangements
- Organizing events and conferences if applicable.
Working hours
- 8 hours a day (Monday-Friday)
- Able to work weekends and late hours if needed
- Preferably Minimum Bachelor Degree from Reputable University such as The London school/Universitas Pelita Harapan, etc.
Working Experience Requirements:
- Preferably Minimum 2 years in the same position, fresh graduated with Cum Laude IPK
Skill Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Read, Write and Speak)
- Young, well groomed
- Excellent capacity to work autonomously and proactively
- Ability to priorities and multitask efficiently
- Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change
