**Position Summary**
The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting the organization. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
**Essential Functions/Responsibilities**
The Senior HR Business Partner is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:
- Understand business needs at all levels of the organization and translate them into actionable HR priorities
- Partner with leaders and managers to provide thought, coaching, and solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organization plans in the following domains: recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- Lead development and rollout of HR programs, processes, and projects. Identify improvements to existing policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's growth and business initiatives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive on-boarding process for employees during their first month of employment, and for the management and support of employees during their probation period; and throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications/Experience Required**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written is a must
- 7+ years experience in HRBP/ HR Generalist position
- Experience in the Technology field, working in a global organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced with HRIS systems such as Greenhouse, Hibob, and other methods such as Confluence and JIRA are preferred.
- Ability to motivate people and instill ownership, reliability, teamwork, and commitment
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Superior organization skills, with the ability to prioritize, balance conflicting tasks and manage internal and external stakeholders, while paying close attention to details is critical
- Strong program evaluation skills and the ability to monitor/assess the performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
- Flexibility to adjust to working routines/schedules, as required, to meet the needs of the company and the expectations of customers
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
