About the role:
What You Will Do:
1. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, leveraging various sales techniques such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, understanding their unique business needs and positioning our products as the ideal solution.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the achievement of sales targets.
4. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and business development opportunities to senior leadership.
What You Will Need:
1. 2-years minimum working experiences in Marketing & Business Development (BPO Services).
2. In-depth knowledge of the BPO and CPaaS landscape and familiarity with the unique business needs and challenges of organizations in the Indonesian.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
4. Strong network of contacts in specific industries (eCommerce, Logistic, Fintech or other BPO related industry).
5. Demonstrated ability to build successful partnership resulting in increased sales
6. Self-motivated with ability to function independently

About the team
As part of the Convergence Marketing & Sales team, you will partner and collaborate closely with potential clients to increase the revenue of our BPO product. You will partner with your Account Manager peers to create a holistic account strategy, identifying and executing on new business development opportunities that lead to sales.
