Area Sales and Key Account Manager

Fasilitas perusahaan klien kami yang bersertifikat ISO berlokasi di Jakarta dibangun sesuai standar baku seperti yang disyaratkan oleh American Association of Blood Banks (AABB). Menurut laporan yang dikeluarkan oleh Deloitte, perusahaan klien kami memimpin industri penyimpanan darah tali pusat sebagai pemimpin pasar di Indonesia.

Perusahaan klien kami membutuhkan Anda sebagai **Area Sales Key Account Manager**
- Bertanggung jawab atas manajemen tenaga penjualan wilayah dan memastikan target penjualan terpenuhi.
- Bertanggung jawab atas semua aspek penanganan/pelayanan rekening, pelatihan prosedur pengadaan darah tali pusat, melalui manajemen hubungan dengan OBGYN, dokter anak dan/atau audiens medis lainnya.
- Bertanggung jawab langsung untuk membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan administrator rumah sakit.

Kualifikasi:

- Usia maksimal 40 tahun
- Pendidikan mínimal Diploma
- Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 4 tahun di bidang penjualan dan mínimal 2 tahun di bidang managerial di industri kesehatan
- Berpengalaman di bidang industri kesehatan dan lebih disukai memiliki hubungan baik dengan dokter spesialis kebidanan dan kandungan
- Memiliki motivasi tinggi, berorientasi pada hasil, memiliki inisiatif dan etika yang tinggi dalam proses penjualan
- Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Ramah, percaya diri, empati, dan berpenampilan rapi
- Mahir berbahasa Inggris, baik berbicara maupun menulis
- Memiliki SIM yang masih berlaku dan memiliki kendaraan sendiri
- Penempatan di Jakarta
- Salary 9-12 Juta

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp9,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager: 4 years (preferred)
