**Key accountabilities**
- Administrative Coordination: Manage and coordinate assigned administrative tasks and processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Data Management: Maintain, update, and archive business data to ensure its accuracy and accessibility.
- Documentation Handling: Oversee the organization and management of documentation both online and offline, ensuring effective access and up-to-date filing.
- Process Execution:
- Create GRN, Adobe Signed, Post on MT ( AS/SM Team ).
- Organize Envelope, Print Name & Label & Send PKS Signed ( AS/SM Team ).
- Download WT Approval Gemini ( AS Team).
- Draft BAPS Tagihan ISAT ( AS Team ).
- Process Document BAPB ISAT for Lampiran Invoice ( AS Team ).
- Draft SLA BAN New Sales (AS Team)
- Submit Invoice SF dan IBS ( AS Team )
**Skills & experience**
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
