**Administrative Coordination**: Manage and coordinate assigned administrative tasks and processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
**Data Management**: Maintain, update, and archive business data to ensure its accuracy and accessibility.
**Documentation Handling**: Oversee the organization and management of documentation both online and offline, ensuring effective access and up-to-date filing.
**Process Execution**:
Create GRN, Adobe Signed, Post on MT ( AS/SM Team ).
Organize Envelope, Print Name & Label & Send PKS Signed ( AS/SM Team ).
Download WT Approval Gemini ( AS Team).
Draft BAPS Tagihan ISAT ( AS Team ).
Process Document BAPB ISAT for Lampiran Invoice ( AS Team ).
Draft SLA BAN New Sales (AS Team)
Submit Invoice SF dan IBS ( AS Team )
Skills & experience
Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
