**Duties & Responsibilities Strategy**
- By using a lot of creativity contribute to the strategy execution aligning your areas of responsibility to the overall company strategy
- Execute/implement the strategy with the assistance of internal and external stakeholders making sure that all objectives are achieved
- Develop activities to drive the overall strategy within your areas of responsibility
- Be a participant in the High-Performance Environment
**Responsibilities**
**Sales**
- Plan how Junior Sales Representative are going to be obtained
- Respond to all leads within 4 hours of being received.
- Sales plan execution
- CRM maintenance keeping all records up to date on a daily basis
- Maintaining and growing customer database
- Total understanding of the whole sales process
- Seek new customers according to expectations
- Seek new customers via strategic plans
- Make sure that all leads are attended within 4 hours of being received
- Maintain various pipelines within expected guidelines
- Managed all existing customers with the purpose of obtaining referrals and or references to create new channels
- Organise and manage group demonstrations according to the company expectations and branding guidelines
- The superior degree of customer service
- Achieve the set-out number of weekly meetings with the sales manager for:
1. Leads
2. Hunting (cold calling future prospects)
3. Existing customers
- Conversion rate as set out expectations
- Accurate completion of all administration duties
- Achieve all set-out KPIs
- Set Yearly and Quarterly Objectives
- Think out of the box and develop and implement new ideas as per set out expectations
- Responsible for setting up the quarterly relevant scorecard highlighting all the
important activities during the quarter in line with company guidelines
- Responsible for the scorecard revision with CMO
- The Account Management of all existing customers is also an important component
of the role, so referrals/references can be obtained to continue the growth of the national sales.
**Marketing**
- Align all sales activities in line with the marketing strategy
- Utilise all the branding guides provided at all times
**Planning, budgeting**
- Responsible for the achievement of the sales targets and financial objectives
- Implement and monitor all systems and procedures according to Abacus
expectations necessary to the smooth operation of all the sales functions
**Leadership and team management**
- Member of the Sales Team
- Manage the daily smooth operations of all the sales activities ensuring that all
activities are on track according to the strategy
- Maintain a professional climate that attracts, retains and motivates current existing
and potential customers
- Facilitate, support or lead cross-functional teams towards common organisational
goals
**Essential job functions**
- CRM management
- Planning (weekly, monthly, quarterly) the development of the junior ales, making
sure that all sales calls are properly planned and executed
- Sales demonstrations are all prepared and executed according to company expectations
- Managed the time effectively so the quota of weekly quality calls can be a reality
- Be a high junior sales performer whereby all the expected targets become a reality
- A proactive approach to overcome objections
- Identify any common issues/barriers which inhibit good prospects from moving
forward
- Negotiate all the needed terms and conditions and solutions to all prospects
according to company guidelines
- Maximize cross-sell, up-sell and solution sell opportunities with every potential customer
- Meet all KPIs set out according to company expectations
- Prepare all weekly One on Ones, Monthly meetings to report progress
- Prepared KPI’s revisions every quarter in line with all the dates provided
- Prepared own scorecard
- Prepared scorecard evaluation
- Managing all the potential prospects leakage within the various pipeline
- Pipeline management
- Organise all the needed face to face meetings to maximise and achieve all the conversion rate targets

**Academic & trades qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent

**Work experience & skills**
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management preferable with a proven track record (desired, not essential)
