**The Role**:
**Where you fit in**

You will be responsible to build 4Ps strategy to win the market in B2B OEM particularly in the Heavy Equipment sector. Growing market share and business dimension in the existing customer and winning new customer will be the main accountability for this role. You will be closely working and aligning with Global Account Marketing in both regional & global.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and guarding overall of brand identity, and bring to life Shell brand’s voice, values, and promises into a cohesive narration through integrated comms, creative, and media placement strategies and executions of campaigns for the B2B Lubricants business.

**What’s the role?**

Your key accountabilities include the following:

- B2B OEM Sector Marketing
- 4Ps strategy sectoral perspective focusing on Heavy Equipment and Industrial OEM. Account based marketing program to grow market share within account/customer, grow genuine oils market share, and new customer acquisition through tender. Leading customer offer development in B2B OEM sector and integrate the offer in the market through working with various stakeholder horizontally (sales, technical, LSC, Customer Ops) and vertically (regional & global marketing).
- Brand Management & Marketing Comms and Campaign Lead
- End to end marketing management and design of effective 360 campaigns across traditional and digital media and PR - from generating compelling consumer insights, define problem statements and business objectives, production of briefs, creative and media planning, campaign ideation, integrated planning with functional managers.
- Robust control & management of budget
- Support the control of marketing budget effectiveness vs. KPI, ensure all mechanism is compliant with company requirements/integrity values, ensure the correct control is in place to ensure operational excellence in site implementation.

**What we need from you**

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- At least Bachelor’s Degree of any major, preferably Management/ Communication/ Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of experience at brand management/ marketing communications/ creative communications/ digital marketing and other related fields.
- Excellent analytical thinking and strong business acumen.
- Solid communications and presentation skills, ability to manage internal and external stakeholders is key.
