Melakukan survei terhadap lokasi Mitra potensial untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan pasar dan aksesibilitas pelanggan.
- Mengembangkan/Mengelola pasar, dan melakukan riset pasar, survei pesaing dan pelanggan.
- Mengembangkan laporan survei terperinci dan pemetaan jaringan berdasarkan analisis pasar untuk menginformasikan keputusan strategis.
- Presentasi solusi kepada mitra dan calon pelanggan
- Memantau dan menindaklanjuti penjualan MItra.
- Mendukung aktivitas pemasaran dengan menghadiri pameran dagang, konferensi, dan acara pemasaran lainnya
- Bekerja sama dengan rekan-rekan di tim penjualan
- Analisis tren pasar dan demografi pelanggan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang perluasan jaringan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk memfasilitasi keberhasilan inisiatif pengembangan jaringan.
- Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi untuk pertumbuhan jaringan, selaras dengan tujuan bisnis kami secara keseluruhan.
- Melacak kinerja lokasi Mitra baru dan berikan rekomendasi.
- Bekerja sama dengan rekan-rekan di tim penjualan
- Melakukan lobi pada asosiasi dan kelompok kepentingan
- Posisikan Produk kami sebagai produk pilihan para konsultan, Perencana, Arsitek, Pengembang.
- Menyiapkan laporan rutin mengenai aktivitas dan hasil pengembangan jaringan ke pimpinan perusahaan.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan:

- Gelar sarjana di bidang Administrasi Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.

Pengalaman mínimal 5 tahun di industri Elektronik Elektrikal dan Konstruksi, khususnya dalam pengembangan jaringan atau manajemen Mitra.
- Kemampuan untuk melakukan analisis pasar secara menyeluruh dan mengembangkan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti.
- Rekam jejak keberhasilan mengelola proyek elektronik/elekrikal / konstruksi dan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan.
- Keterampilan komunikasi verbal dan tertulis yang kuat untuk berkolaborasi secara efektif dengan tim internal dan mitra eksternal.
- Keakraban dengan standar identitas perusahaan dan penerapannya dalam pembangunan Mitra.
- Pemikiran kritis yang kuat dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pengembangan jaringan.
- Fokus pada pencapaian tujuan dan memberikan hasil yang terukur dalam upaya perluasan jaringan.
