Acquiring and converting potential clients.

Scheduling appointments, preparing, deliver presentations, pitching to potential clients, and having researched their business and requirements.

Develop and making persuasive marketing/sales strategies, materials and campaigns presentations based on educated understanding of the business issue.

Preparing all the contract needs for new clients and make sure our team are ready to start the services with the new client.

Maintaining a good relationship with new or existing clients and partners.

Working with customer/client to provide feedback to product teams for new content or products.
Min. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Has experience 2 - 3 years in Business Development or Account.

Manager especially outsourcing services or B2B (Consultant or BUMN sector will be highly preferred).

Excellent in verbal and communication skills.

Ability in negotiating and closing complex deals.

Strong in time and task management.

Experience in selling, negotiating, problem solving, multitasking and adaptable with fast-paced environments.

Willing to WFO and visit to client
