1. Work together with Sales Administrator for:
- Follow up the sales admin documents (quotation, proforma, invoice, faktur pajak, shipping document);
- Correspondence with clients and follow up the feedback;
- Communicate with internal team such as production, purchasing, R&D, packaging, marketing, and the management;
- Communicate with external stake holder such as forwarder/ shipping agent, courier,
2. Input custom and retail sales to the accounting system (quickbooks)
3. Input bank statement to the accounting system (quickbooks)
4. Input Faktur Pajak to E-Faktur software
5. Do some ad hoc tasks related with sales and bank reconciliations
Requirements:
- max 30 y.o.
- Has degree on accounting
- Good English
- Proficient in MS Excel and Spreadsheet
- Has administration knowledge
- Honest, confident, passionate worker, team-worker and organized person
- Able to do overtime if needed
