**HR Coordinator Job Description**
**Position**: HR Coordinator
**Reports to**: General Manager/Owner
**Location**: Ubud, Bali
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Hiring**:
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to start their roles.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, conflicts, and grievances.
- Mediate disputes between employees and resolve workplace issues.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement activities.
- **Training & Development**:
- Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.
- Track employee progress and development through regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate necessary training to address these needs.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Handle payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting department (if needed).
- **Performance Management**:
- Assist in creating and implementing performance evaluation systems.
- Track employee KPIs and help managers with performance improvement plans.
- **HR Policy Development**:
- Develop and implement HR policies that are in line with company goals and Indonesian labor laws.
- Regularly update the employee handbook to reflect current policies and legal requirements.
- **Employee Benefits & Welfare**:
- Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and other perks.
- Promote work-life balance and employee well-being initiatives.
- **Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained and employees are aware of safety procedures.
- Organize safety training sessions and keep records of certifications.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in an HR role preferred.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain employee relations.
