Description:

- Make a quotation/unit offer requested by sales/ marketing
- Make quotations/offers for Unit and Spare Parts requested by Technical Support (TS)/ ERP and AX (systems)
- Check stock of Unit and Spare Parts in Warehouses
- Monitor Min max stock of parts and units
- Make PR requests for parts and units, both imported and local
- Make PR requests if there is a need to offer service/installation services outside of routine compressor service.
- Make a list of requests for transfer of stock between warehouses every month according to PO customer needs and stock
- Collect the Delivery Order Document that has been sent
- Report Delivery Order Document and sent to finance
- Coordination with Warehouse Dept for doing Material Receives so the stock in systems updated
- Make a schedule for all customer service
- Process customer Purchase Order and coordination with warehouse about the delivery and updated ERP and AX systems
- Create internal PR and process internal PO if stock exists
- Send documents to ekspedisi
- Print & collect PO documents etc

Requirements:

- Graduated minimum D3/ Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Have work experience min 1 years, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluently in English and Mandarin (is a plus) both oral and written (English Business Level), able to articulate ideas and key selling points to prospective clients.
- Placement at Kawasan GIIC, Cikarang Pusat Kab. Bekasi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contract
Contract length: 6 months
