Job Description:

- Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation, VISA and transportation to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
- Coordinate site office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure site office is well maintained.
- Coordinate site office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.
- Handle HR Tools (Talenta)
- Conduct administrative HR duties such as BPJS, Cash advance, etc.
- Support Sales in administration and vendor applying

Qualification:
Min Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major

Experience as HRD staff minimum 1 year

Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa

Computer literate MS. Office, MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint

Good communication and analytical thinking

Familiar with Talenta would be an advantage.

Domicile around Bekasi

For 3 (three) months contract (maternity leave)
