Job Description:
We are a dynamic payment aggregator company seeking a highly capable Head of Finance to take full ownership of our financial operations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the company, managing treasury operations, overseeing cash flow, and supporting our growth strategy. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive financial strategies that align with our business objectives in the fast-paced payment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s short-term and long-term goals, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Treasury Management: Oversee treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash flow management, liquidity planning, and optimal use of capital.
Cash Flow Monitoring: Continuously monitor and manage company cash flow to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.
Financial Health: Maintain the financial stability of the company by analyzing financial performance, identifying risks, and providing actionable recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local tax laws (PPh, PPN), financial regulations (OJK, BI), and industry standards related to payment aggregators.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s assets and financial integrity.
Partnerships: Collaborate with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, banks, and payment partners, to optimize financial operations and leverage growth opportunities.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Audit & Controls: Ensure the implementation of robust internal controls and facilitate both internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MM/MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
Professional certifications such as CPA Indonesia, CA, or CFA are advantageous.
At least 7+ years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the payment, fintech, or financial services industry.
Proven track record of managing treasury, cash flow, and financial strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
Experience working with financial software and payment platforms.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
