About the Assignment:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Admin Central Operation in our
The Core Objectives:
1. Manage campaign and promo submissions from the Merchandising Team, ensuring all campaigns are executed
accurately and on time.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Central Ops team to ensure all campaign activities run smoothly
and efficiently.
3. Manage new item listing requests, and handle content management related to Odoo and Grab Passenger Apps.
This includes ensuring all product information and images are accurate and up-to-date.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. A minimum of 2 years of working experience in related fields (retail, e-commerce)
2. Comfort with data and numbers. Proficient with Excel (intermediate level)
understand new concepts, and exhibit an innate curiosity
Desirable Experience / Criteria:

1. Experience on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software like Odoo/SAP would be a strong bonus
2. Bachelor's Degree from any major
Location & Duration of the Assignment (in Weeks or Months):
Work location will be in Jakarta (South Quarter - Cilandak), with hybrid scheme 3 days/week mandatory Working from
Office.
