As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the long-term brand strategy for our restaurant brand. You will play a pivotal role in making the brand famous and loved. You will also be responsible for brand guardianship, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging and brand aesthetics.

**The Role**

1. Leading the ideation, formulation and go-to market management of creative and world-class marketing campaigns

2. Marketing strategy (value proposition, customer segments, buyer persona, channel plan, content plan, messaging)

3. Working collaboratively with the group’s in-house creative and product team to develop ideas that build a lovable brand

4. Building and maintaining the right professional networks with 3rd party stakeholders, partners and suppliers (e.g. photographers, videographers, talents, agencies) to ensure the best work with the best price goes out the door

5. Managing budgets and timelines for all campaigns and projects

6. A key representative of the brand and aesthetic fundamentals while setting trends and influencing culture

7. Proactively identifying new opportunities for brand portfolio growth through in-depth market research, insights and keeping up with industry trends

8. Developing proposals and tenders for partnerships, collaborations and / or new business pursuits Responsible for quality assurance and approval of all work prior to publishing

9. Customer data analysis, championing the identification and use of insights

10. Supporting your high potential people to grow rewarding careers

11. Channels: Paid (digital advertisements), Earned (partnerships, collaborations, UGC, press, KOLs), Owned (social media, website, SEO, CRM, EDM, in-house events, promotions, activations)

**The Qualifications**

1. At least 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role

2. Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

- Brand strategy
- Marketing / advertising / consulting agency

3. A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency Resilience and self-starter

4. Ability to function both independently and in a team setting

5. Highly-organized and showcasing a strong attention to detail

6. A keen eye for aesthetics and demonstrating design thinking in all campaigns, collaterals and other touch points along the guest journey

7. Understanding of partnership structuring and negotiation

8. An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate

9. Excellent communication and written skills
