Publisihing Coordinator

Manage magazine production which includes material sourcing, pagination planning, organizing writing assignment to contributors, managing article approvals (between writers, editor, art director and PRs), photoshoot planning and production, quality control of print and electronic magazine launch, and managing social media content to promote the new edition launch.
- Create, develop and manage the circulation of print and digital magazine to ensure that all magazines are distributed to well-targeted channels
- Establish and manage good relationship with partners and potential partners for print and digital distributions
- Manage magazines’ circulation and waste with accurate inventory records
- Create comprehensive database and analytics of subscribers and hotspot’s customer behavior
- Manage Publishing’s invoices
- Assist Publishing’s general tasks

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have sales experience in media industry
- Able to identify problem & finding solution
- Superb communications skill in spoken and written English
- Interest in current affairs/business/publishing
- Track record in working with revenue targets
