We are looking for a Broker Partnership Lead that will be responsible for

Own all plans and strategies for achieving the company’s business development goals, particularly in relation to expanding our broker partnerships and getting them onboard our platform

Owning and hitting/exceeding quarterly sales targets

**Land and expand**: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion

Evangelize the product and personally close deals

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
8 years of relevant experience in broker partnerships (particularly in group health or employee benefits, will be a plus) at insurance companies

Demonstrable experience as sales executive, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

Strong leadership and team building skills

Flexibility and collaborative attitude to work in a startup environment

Can do attitude and obsession for deliverables, timelines and follow-up

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian (Read, Speak, Write, Listen)

Fast learner and self-motivated and self-starter
