- Ensure prompt follow-ups of the company database
- Responsible for all sales administration tasks, including preparing sales summaries and reports
- Perform other ad-hoc assistant duties as required

Job Requirements:

- A minimum of one year of working experience in HRGA or Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of the real estate sales administration is a plus.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong time management skills, efficiency, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
