- Calibration sessions with TL about all findings
- Ensure that SOP are in order, to maintain high quality level
- Produce Written Reports every weekly & monthly for KPI
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 1 year of hands-on experience in quaility assurance is preferred
- Have experience in Customer Service field
- Proficiency in Ms. Office and Customer Service Software
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, able to work as a team, strong execution, attentive to detail, and excellent communication skills by written and verbal to communicate feedback
- Fluent in English preferable
