Manage asset/working equipment return of offboarding employees

Asset management - Device, Furniture, COP & Operational Cars (add, move, repair, dispose)

Monitoring inventories of pantry supplies, stationary supplies and other office supplies

Supervise GA Administration, Event Management, Guest Management, Meeting Room Management, Courier Management, Welfare Management

Petty Cash Management

Perform periodic office inspections to identify items and requirements for repairs and maintenance

Monthly and other periodic reporting of team performance and results, status of tasks, updating progress of any tasks

Creating and updating SOP of GA
Graduated in management/any related major

Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience in General Affair

Proactive, 'can-do' attitude

A high level of integrity and professionalism

Computer literacy especially in Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)

Technology savvy, well-organized and detail oriented

Good communication & collaboration skills

Team supervision experience (admin level & manual worker)

Role flexibility, excellent time management & multitasking

Experienced in reporting and data analysis
