The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by becoming a bridge between VIDA and Customer
**Customer’s Voice**). They will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, goals, problems and provide solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, acting as their main point of contact.-
- Understand our customers' goals and business objectives and provide solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, InfraOps, and engineering, to ensure customer needs are being addressed by driving internal communication and coordination on behalf of the client.-
- Monitor customer integrations to ensure VIDA services are implemented in a timely manner.-
- Monitor customer usage and identify areas for improvement to help drive customer success.-
- Provide training (if needed) to ensure they are able to effectively use our products and services.-
- Identify and resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary.-
- Collect customer feedback and use it to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.-
- Meet regularly with customers to review their success and identify opportunities for improvement.-
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to close deals.-
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure we are providing the best solutions to our customers.
