- Represent Hacktiv8 in front of customers and be the customer’s voice for the company- Answering questions about programs or the company-
- Asking questions to understand leads requirements and needs and suggest other programs that meet their needs-
- Contact (Call and Chat) customers and follow-up customers about the Hacktiv8 services-
- Maintaining records of customer contact in telesales and CX**Requirements**:

- Having an internship experience or having the experience selling products or handling customers over Whatsapp or call and administrative it’s a plus- Excellent communication and time management skills-
- Have the patience and ability to engage customers in conversation-
- Accustomed to working with the same thing every day (not easily get bored)- Familiar with handling data by Spreadsheets, or Excel
