- Mahir dalam Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel.
- Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat.

- Integritas dan kerahasiaan tingkat tinggi dalam menangani informasi SDM yang sensitif.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

- Memproses dan mengelola penggajian pekerja harian secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan dan peraturan terkait mengenai pemrosesan penggajian.
- Memelihara catatan dan dokumentasi penggajian untuk tujuan audit dan pelaporan.
- Verifikasi dan proses klaim asuransi sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan.
- Memberikan dukungan administratif umum kepada departemen SDM.
- Berkolaborasi dengan anggota tim untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi dan proses SDM.
