What Are Your Responsibilities
- Assist and be involved in the day-to-day Human Resources activities. Assist in managing employee relations matters and maintaining confidentiality. Maintain the HR records and HR data in compliance with company standards and needs. Assist in responding to HR-related inquiries from employees. Involved and supported the employee's monthly activities or office event ideas.

- Final Year Student/Fresh Graduate Majoring in Psychology / HR Management / Equivalent. - Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization. Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Details Oriented. Motivation to constantly learn and adapt to a fast-paced IT consulting environment. Fluent in English (Listening, Verbal, and Writing).

Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: Rp1,000,000 - Rp1,500,000 per month
