**Job Title: Commercial Training Lead**
**Location: Indonesia, Jakarta**
**About the role**:
Learning & Development Manager drives business capability across Takeda by taking responsibility in identifying need analysis, develop and execute training program to enhance Sales Force capability in maximizing sales potential. Identify and leverage both internal Takeda and external resources to navigate the training & development pathway.
**How you will contribute**:
- ** Needs Analysis**: Conduct an organisational learning needs analysis to identify priority skills for capability uplift aligned with company goals.
- ** Strategy Development**: Develop & execute T&D plan with a specific focus on the Commercial Field Force & Key Account teams (80%) as well as the wider organization including Marketing, Medical, & others (20%) in collaboration with local and global stakeholders to answer learning gap in a rapidly changing environment.
- ** Training Execution**:Design, execute, facilitate, measure, and continuously improve training initiatives such as onboarding, product knowledge, omnichannel engagement, selling skill, negotiation and key account management. Improve training programs based on data and analysis.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Elevate the customer engagement competency of our customer facing teams through regular join visit, targeted training, and co coaching initiatives.
- ** Leadership Development**: leverage Takeda leadership & development pathway to establish local talent roadmap for Sales personnel.
- ** Cultural Shift**: Work closely with Head of Business Operations, HR and Leadership team to implement, train, and improve the use of metrics dashboards to improve salesforce activeness.
**What you bring to Takeda**:
- 3 years of experience in training & development fields, preferably in Pharma or healthcare Industry. Well connected to training agencies.
- Exposure to Key Account, Marketing, or HR department is a plus. Advance certification in training & development is a plus.
- Structured approach to project management, problem-solving, and change leadership.
- Authentic leader with influencing and storyteller capability to inspire and coach people.
- Prominent public speaking, training delivery, mentoring, & facilitator capability.
- Customer centric focus with strong understanding of customer journey
- Thrive in a matrix organisation, building strong relationships to stakeholders with collaborative mindset.
- Skilled at transforming complexity into clear, structured and well-organized processes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business environment and business needs.
