Visit customer according to the schedule for training, troubleshooting and any other reasons

Communicating with customer by online means (voice call, video call, messaging) as part of customer support work

Improving knowledge by following training and product knowledge learning regularly

At least SMK or D3 in Information Technology, Computing or Hardware Design is preferable

Must have motorcycle and respected license (SIM C)

Having experience in handling and communicating with customer is preferable

Having experience in SaaS, POS, ERP and/or B2B business is preferable

Having experience in IT networking and infrastructure is preferable

Having capability in speaking, reading and writing in English is preferable

Patient, ready for work pressure from customer side, having initiative to improve customer and company condition, and flexible scheduling (within company working hour limit)
