**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Account & Admin Related**
- Assist in preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Able to perform accounting processes and financial tasks (i.e.: Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) process, GL, accounts reconciliation, etc.)
- Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, accounts payment.
- Process Sales invoices and Sales Orders to customers.
- Assist in maintaining audit schedules for balance sheet and profit and loss items.
- Prepare yearly tax computation.
- Liaise with tax agents.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Create daily and monthly operational reports. Organize and distribute required documents, information and reports
- ⁠Prepare schedules and division of tasks for the operations team
- ⁠Ensure files are well documented and complete
- Carrying out other work based on instructions from superiors and management
- Responsible for day-to-day branch operations processing, including generating reports and reconciling payments and costs.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Familiar with FRS, VAT, Corporate tax and other tax matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting system.
- Proficient in English
- Familiar with Foreign company operation in Indonesia (PT)
