What we ask
- Minimum Bachelor Degree any field
- Min 10 years experienced work experience in Mondern Trade (National)
- Min 3 years experience as Manager (handling team)
- Excellent leadership and have good influence skill
- Good in business acumen especially in Modern Trade
- Financial understanding (profit and loss)
- Understanding the market, include customer/shopper behavior
- Ability to understand the data management and data analytics
- Preferably having experienced handle in mini market/MTI
- Excellent communication & negotiation skill
- Knowledge of key account management excellence
- Good command in English both written and verbal
- Agile, high drive and flawless execution oriented
- High resilient, persistent and detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, influential team player, able to work as team and Individual

Vacancy description

**Job Description**:

- Prepares Business Plan for all National Key Accounts (assignment account) to support achievement of company’s goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Prepare the promotion activity guideline and breakdown the budget estimation/forecast in yearly basis to boost the sales target
- Establish excellent relationship with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business
- Control promotional funds allocated for all National Key Accounts and ensure its effective usage as per the approved plans.
- Acts as the “Center of Expertise” in Customer Management throughout the company and provides support / guidance to the modern trade team.
- Monitors service levels to all National Key Accounts and ensure actions are taken as necessary to maintain high service level.
- Suggest innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction
- Generate tools and ideas for improving national account customers' experience selling product and services
- Supervises, appraises, develops and motivates subordinates in order to achieve their highest performance.
